SHIPPING POLICY
At Aurelia, every candle is hand-crafted and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, processing may be slightly longer during high-volume seasons. You will always receive a confirmation once your order is on the way.
Shipping Time & Rate
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a solution. Your satisfaction comes first.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, we do not accept used product returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or provide a suitable solution.
Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive damaged and Photos will be required to help us resolve the issue quickly. Once approved, a store credit will be credited. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we are happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
Custom candles, discounted items, and limited-edition releases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
